Where are your skincare products made?
We are so proud to say that all of our Eco beauty products and natural skincare is sourced from Australian brands. All of our products are made right here in Australia by companies who love to highlight natural Aussie ingredients.
Better yet, most of our brands are small female-owned businesses. You Go Girls!!!

Are all of Unfurl's products natural?
YES!!
We are very serious about natural ingredients. You won’t find parabens, phthalates, SLS’s, synthethic frangrance, triclosen, formaldehyde, oxybenzone (and the list goes on) in our products.
We know harsh chemicals such as these can wreak havoc on our hormones, cause irritations, contain allergens, are known carcinogens, damage our reefs and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. We say no thanks to all of that.
We say yes to nourishing, results driven ingredients that are pharmaceutical formulated with your health in mind.
We prefer effective naturally derived ingredients that are often plant-derived, cruelty-free, sometimes vegan and always nourishing.

Are your products good for sensitive skin?
The reality is that even natural ingredients can cause reactions. While we do our best to choose gentle, skin-loving ingredients, everyone’s skin is unique and reactions can still happen.
Whilst most of our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind. It is always a good idea to patch test any new products first.

Are your products vegan-friendly?
While most of our products are vegan-friendly, not all of them are. We label our vegan products accordingly, so be sure to check the product descriptions for more information.
For the occasional product like our tallow balm, we ensure it’s made with the utmost care: cruelty-free, responsibly sourced, and with as minimal impact on animals as possible.

Eco Beauty (short for Eco-friendly beauty) refers to skincare, hair care, and makeup products that are created with minimal impact on the environment. It’s all about making choices that are healthier for you and better for the planet?
We’re talking about ethically sources ingredients that are free from harmful chemical, micro-plastics and synthetic fragrances.
Many of our products are made in small batches creating less waste and meaning you’re receiving quality ingredients that haven’t been shelved for years. These are usually hand crafted with much care.
Eco-Friendly Packaging consists of recyclable, compostable, refillable, or plastic-free options. Packaging made from post-consumer recycled materials.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so we recommend contacting us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.

Do you offer returns?
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at unfurlhello@outlook.com.au and we will arrange an exchange.
